Licenses | Master Hair Care Specialist
I began my cosmetology career straight out of high school in the mid-80s. I developed a passion for the industry as a little girl, when I’d go to work with my “cool” aunt and watch her for hours. I wanted to be like her.
Since then, I’ve studied in Atlanta; been an educator for Redken assisting world platform artists and artists in the southern region; worked in several high-end salon and day spas; and now owned two salons myself.
I love cutting any style of hair, but one of my passions is working with a razor, as this art is quickly becoming obsolete. My clients always give great feedback when I add texture with the razor, blenders, or point cutting. I also love to work with color. Base color and foiling free hand are essentially my coloring book and crayons. Fittingly, I also love to paint in my free time, including furniture and walls!
I feed off of positive energy, and the biggest compliment I can get is when a client smiles.

Licenses | Licensed Massage Therapist / Licensed Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist / Certified Sports Therapist / Certified in Cupping
I've been a massage therapist for 30 years (trained in North Carolina at the Whole You School of Massage) and an esthetician for 9 years (attended Kenneth Shuler Cosmetology for Esthetics in Spartanburg).
I specialize in therapeutic deep tissue massage. I cater the massage to whatever the specific needs are. I've also worked on several professional athletes, including the women's track team at Clemson University and the 1996 Olympic trials.
I chose this line of work because I wanted to help people feel better with their body. What I enjoy most is seeing the relief on my clients' faces when they leave my sessions. It brings me such joy knowing I accomplished my goal of releasing their pain. I care deeply for all my clients and do my very best to make sure their needs are met.
Taking new classes and learning new techniques keeps my work fresh and new; I want my client to know that I go above and beyond whatever it takes to help them feel better.
